Family Counseling Sessions

We offer family counseling to parents and children, siblings, extended families, multi-generational families, blended families, non-traditional families, and chosen families.

I work with adults and adolescents who want to improve interpersonal communication and change unhelpful relationship patterns.

We do not work with children under 13, even in a family setting.

Couples Counseling Sessions

We are happy to announce that we are now offering couples counseling to support you in improving connection, interpersonal communication, and supporting one another. We work with all couples and strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space.

Our goal is to help identify and disrupt unhelpful relationship patterns. Both partners in a relationship contribute to patterns, so the focus is on individual growth and collaboration rather than blame and shame.

We also provide support to help couples navigate separation, divorce, and coparenting.

Session Fees

Initial consultation - No charge

Intake session - $250 for an 90-minute appointment

Family and Couples Sessions - $175 for a 53-minute appointment

$250 for a 90-minute appointment

Please note that many insurance companies have strict requirements to document medical necessity. Payment is not guaranteed. Please contact your insurance company to verify your policy's coverage and benefits.
