With a background in both direct client support and multidisciplinary team collaboration, I am skilled in building rapport, facilitating difficult conversations, and connecting clients with meaningful resources. I am passionate about fostering resilience, promoting emotional healing, and empowering clients to navigate their unique paths toward well-being. My ultimate goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that honors each client’s lived experience while helping them develop the skills and supports needed to thrive.
As a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern, I bring a strong foundation in supporting individuals and families navigating complex and often overlapping challenges. My experience includes working with clients impacted by trauma, addiction, court involvement, sexual exploitation, behavioral concerns in youth, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and parenting issues or conflict. I approach my work from a trauma-informed, client-centered perspective, emphasizing safety, empathy, and collaborative goal-setting.
